I created the word True, in True Yoga as an acronym to mean, Truth Resides Universally in Everyone. My vision is a world where people are living their true potential, their Divine-purpose and radiating true health in their body, mind and spirit.”
You can experience one of Leanne’s life-changing and empowering classes on her recently released Yoga DVD, True Yoga with Leanne: Awaken to Your True Potential.

It’s never too late to begin a Yoga practice. People come to Yoga at all different ages and are able to realize amazing results regardless of their ability. Results like increased flexibility to healthy conditioning and toning of their body, peace of mind, greater love and compassion in their life, to abundant joy, a passion for living life and appreciating each moment to the fullest.”
